Businessman and entrepreneur Gauravv Saxena has returned to India after nearly eight years. Previously married to actress and Bigg Boss 18 contestant Hema Sharma, their divorce was finalised in November 2024. Unfortunately, Gauravv’s struggles seem far from over. He not only faces limitations on his visitation rights with his son but is also burdened with significant financial obligations.
Talking about his distress, he shared, “To set the record straight, my divorce was finalised in November 2024. While the marriage has legally ended, the conflict has unfortunately shifted to a much more sensitive area—the custody and well-being of my son.”
“Currently, I am in a legal custody battle. Despite the divorce being over, I am being denied the right to see my own son,” he added.
A father who continues to fight for his son is being extorted just to see him. He said, “I am being asked for a flat in Mumbai and a monthly payment of 2 lakh rupees just for the ‘privilege’ of seeing my child. I have already taken care of my son’s school fees and all other necessary expenses. I have always been, and remain, committed to providing for his future.”
Gauravv hasn’t seen his son since October 8, 2025, a devastating ordeal for anyone. He said, “It is heart-wrenching that a father’s love is being measured by real estate and monthly instalments. My goal is simple: mutual custody and a stable environment for my son, free from drama and financial negotiations.”
While he was dealing with things on the personal front, there was a buzz that he might be participating in the reality show Bigg Boss too. To clear the air around the rumour, he said, “The truth is that my focus has never been on reality TV fame. My priority is resolving my family matters and building my YouTube channel, ‘Beyond 9to5 Gaurav Saxena.'”
“If I were offered the show this year, I would only consider it if it provided a platform to honestly address the misconceptions surrounding my life and the reality of being a father fighting for his child. However, right now, my energy is on my son and my new beginning in India,” Gauravv ended.
