Vishal Aditya Singh is best known for the role of Lakhan Thakur in Begusarai and for the role of Veerendra Pratap Singh in Chandrakanta. He also became the talk of the town when he participated in two reality shows Nach Baliye Season 9 and Bigg Boss 13.

The actor is a fitness freak to the core. And whenever he has time on hand, he does not miss out on hitting the gym and working on his body.

What is your cheat food?

I don’t have any cheat food because I never followed it. I eat everything but all homemade.

Favourite exercise?

Pull-ups bar workouts and fictional.

What is your morning routine?

I wake up in the morning and the thing I have is tea. No morning without a cup of tea.

Fruits or juices?

Fruits, as I am a raw person so I like having that way.

Stairs or lift?

Stairs but I stay on the 16th floor so maximum time I use lift.

One tip for everyday fitness?

My fitness tip is run every day if u can.
