Hitesh Bhardwaj will be seen as an extremely lovable lead character in Zee TV’s upcoming show Iss Mod Se Jaate Hain, produced by Saurabh Tewari’s Parin Multimedia.
Take a look at Hitesh in this show and you will not believe that he is the same actor who portrayed the roles of Manav in Choti Sarrdaarni and Ahir in Shaurya aur Suhani.
To give you a piece of fact, Hitesh had to lose oodles of weight which he had gained for Choti Sarrdaarni. The road ahead was tough but not impossible!! And he achieved it when he lost weight big time to look like a UPSC student. Hitesh tells us, “I am glad that I was able to please the makers who trusted in me. I was told to lose weight to look the character. I had to put in a lot of work on my body to shed all the extra kilos that I had gained.”
Ask him about the preparations for the role and Hitesh tells us, “Every time I prepare for a role, I take it as it is my first show. I am not such a seasoned actor to take things for granted. Every day is a new day for an actor. He has to go through the grind and deliver his best before the camera every single day. I had to play a young guy and could not carry forward the voice tonality of a Manav or Vikram Dewan from Choti Sarrdaarni or even Aahir from Shaurya aur Suhaani. I also learnt Punjabi to play Manav. Every character has an aura of speech. I am happy that I have got into the groove of playing Sanjay. When you will see me on screen as Sanjay, you will not remember that you have seen me earlier.”
Talking about the show, Hitesh avers, “The plot is of a new age love story. Sanjay is going to be a boy who will be every girl’s dream. If there are more people like Sanjay in society, our surroundings will be more healthy. Sanjay is brilliant in his mind. On top of it, he respects women a lot. He knows that he will shine in life. However, he also believes that every individual has the talent to go ahead in life. In short, there is no jealousy factor in him. He believes in the theory of being independent in life.”
The concept of the show will question the male-dominating society, and how women are not allowed to be part of the success. The show has a topic that is commonly persistent in society. The show will open up a lot of such issues questioning male dominance in society.
