Actress Soni Singh who has recently started shooting for Mahesh Bhatt’ directorial ‘Naamkarann’ has to play a bollywood addicted girl who is a big fan of Dhak Dhak Girl – Madhuri Dixit Nene and the ‘A Gentleman’ actor Sidharth Malhotra.
“My fans will see me in a completely new character. My story in the show will have its own twist. It is a very positive character. I’ll be behind bars in my entry with Avni. I’ll be a bar-dancer and also someone who relates herself as a big bollywood lover. I’ll be shown miming Madhuri Dixit’s ‘Latke-Jhatke’ and will be mad about getting married to actor Siddharth Malhotra.” she said.
Soni Singh will also be performing a dance number with her entry, “I’m very much excited because I got a chance to perform in my entry that too behind the bars. I’ll be performing on the song, Chandralekha and Disco Disco from A Gentleman.”
Soni Singh has been earlier known for playing ‘A warrior’ in Aarambh and has been part of many mythological and family drama like Santoshi Maa, Saraswatichandra and Gustakh Dil.
