As Friendship Day approaches, it’s a time to celebrate the relationships that bring warmth, strength, and laughter into our lives. While some friendships are forged in childhood, others grow in unexpected places—like under the bright lights of a television set. For actor Krishna Kaul, who has consistently won hearts with his versatile performances—most notably as Ranbir Kohli in the long-running hit Kumkum Bhagya and through his memorable stint on MTV Roadies—co-stars quickly transform from colleagues into extended family.

Now stepping into a brand-new avatar as Ishaan in Star Plus’ ongoing show Sairaab, Krishna reflects on how the bonds forged behind the camera elevate the entire storytelling experience. Sharing his thoughts on the special occasion, Krishna said, “One of the biggest gifts this profession has given me is the people I’ve met along the way. When you’re spending almost every day together on set, your co-actors and the entire team slowly become like family.”

He adds, “We’ve shared long shooting hours, celebrated birthdays, laughed over the smallest things, and stood by each other through the most hectic days.”

Finally, on finding good friends on the set of Sairaab, that too in quick time, he says, “I’m grateful to have found such wonderful friends on the sets of Sairaab, especially someone like Madirakshi, who’s always been incredibly supportive and a joy to work with. I think these friendships make every journey even more memorable.”
