The show has gained a huge number of fans in this span of ten years and is one of the longest airing series on television. Kartik and Naira, leads of the longest-running show, completed 1000 episodes of being together as a couple. The couple, together called Kaira, is one of the most-loved in the country.
Kundali Bhagya: Zee TV’s Kundali Bhagya (Balaji Telefilms) has always had the attention of many, hence leading to a greater fan base. The show is loved mainly due to its great plot and shocking plot twists. Dheeraj Dhoopar as Karan and Shraddha Arya as Preeta have been fan favourites and their chemistry is something to watch out for! The show narrates a story which originates from the multi-layered narrative of KumKum Bhagya and its underlying sub-plots, which are told from different perspectives and varied lenses. The show was always in the top 5 on the TRP charts and that proves that it deserves to be on this list.
Kumkum Bhagya: Kumkum Bhagya, produced by Balaji Telefilms, is an Indian drama television serial now known as Kumkum Bhagya: Doosri Peedhi. We like Abhi and Pragya’s undeniable chemistry on the telly, so that’s the reason we keep admiring them. Abhi and Pragya are an all-time couple of goals. The duo went through a lot of trouble but we know that they are destined to be together. Along with Abhi and Pragya, Ranbir, Prachi and Rhea took the legacy ahead and are entertaining audiences.
Kasautii Zindagii Kay: Kasautii Zindagii Kay (Balaji Telefilms) has been a classic in the history of Indian television and the love it is receiving even now, is a testimony to how much people love the prime show! Parth Samthaan and Erica Fernandes as Anurag and Prerna just sizzled up the screens with their romantic act in their daily soap. Along with the leads, Pooja Bannerjee, Sahil Anand, Shubhaavi Chouskey and the entire cast are winning the hearts of audiences with their exceptional performance. The show completed a year as well.
Choti Sarrdaarni: Colors show Choti Sarrdaarni, produced by Cockrow and Shaika Entertainment, won the hearts of viewers in quick time with its ratings hitting new highs almost every week. The show turned the tables in its favour and has appealed to audiences of all ages with its soulfully touching story. The chemistry between Sarab and Meher has won hearts and the cuteness quotient of the show Param Putthar (Kevina Tak) has succeeded in getting the audience back to the show everyday. Hence it also ranked at #1 for one particular week.
Kaun Banega Crorepati: Sony TV’s show, Kaun Banega Crorepati, returned to entertain viewers with some extraordinary acts in its eleventh edition. The show did well on the TRP charts and audiences were fond of Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan as the host. Right from making the contestants comfortable on the hot seat, to serving them water, Mr. Bachchan won millions of hearts with his personality. The makers of the quiz show made Friday even more special as they introduced ‘Karamveer Special’ episodes, wherein people who have done extraordinary things for society were welcomed on the show. KBC 11 season saw 4 crorepatis. The first one was Sanoj Raj from Bihar’s Jehanabad, followed by Babita Tade, who was a cook at a government school in Maharashtra; Gautam Kumar Jha, a senior section engineer in the Indian Railways became the third crorepati of the season, and was followed by Ajeet Kumar.
Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke: Star Plus’ Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke by Director’s Kut has been garnering immense love and appreciation owing to its progressive storyline and strong characters. Its millennial take on relationships and marriage has been leaving a lasting impression on the viewers’ minds. While Abir (Shaheer Sheikh) and Mishti (Rhea Sharma)’s friendship and chemistry have won the audiences’ hearts, fans and viewers are in for some unanticipated twists in their relationship. Recently, Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke, which is a spin-off of YRKKH, also achieved the coveted milestone of 200 episodes.
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah: SAB TV show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah produced by Neela Telefilms, has entertained viewers with interesting stories combined with social messages and humour. The light-hearted family show secured a special place in the hearts of the audience across all age groups with its fun unlimited and family-oriented plot. The show has not just made its way into people’s hearts but has also completed 1000 plus episodes.
RadhaKrishn: The story of Radha and Krishna, played by Sumedh Mudgalkar and Mallika Singh, that of eternal love, has been heart-warming and also receiving good numbers. RadhaKrishn, the mythological show on Star Bharat, and coming from Swastik Productions, was widely accepted. Sumedh as Krishn is rendering a captiavating performance.
Patiala Babes: The show Patiala Babes, produced by Rajita Sharma’s Katha Kottage, from Sony Entertainment Television, did a fantastic job of bringing out the beautiful bond between a mother and daughter. In no time, the story was appreciated by the viewers and loved for bringing out women empowerment in the real world.
Bigg Boss 13: Bigg Boss 13 on Colors is all over the news. This season has everyone divided in their opinions about the housemates, their behaviour, and the overall approach, for that matter. It can be said that it is the most talked about season, with constant fights and drama. Sidharth Shukla and Rashami Desai’s fights have taken the drama to another level. Overall, the fans are enjoying, and that’s what the makers want.
