The biggest shakeups in the world of television ratings for 2025 are well in place now. The BARC India Ratings released today, Week 48 of 2025, 11 December 2025, give us just that!! Anupamaa (Star Plus) stays on top despite a slight drop in ratings and secures a TVR of 2.1. Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi (Star Plus) takes the No 2 spot with a TVR of 1.9. Zee TV shows Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan, Vasudha and Tumm Se Tumm Tak continue their emphatic rise and stay joint with a TVR of 1.8. Udne Ki Aasha (Star Plus) secures a TVR of 1.9 at its 8.30 PM slot and a 1.7 TVR at the 9 PM slot. Colors TV’s reality show Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment S3 drops when compared to its opening rating and secures a TVR of 1.7 this week. Sony SAB’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah also gets a TVR of 1.7.
Star Plus’ Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai sees a big drop from 1.8 last week to 1.6 this week. Bigg Boss (Colors TV) has a TVR of 1.4. Star Plus shows Shehzaadi Hai Tu Dil Ki and Aarti Anjali Awasthi share a joint TVR of 1.4.
Zee TV shows Jagadhatri and Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile see a rise and get a TVR of 1.3. Colors TV shows Mangal Lakshmi, Mangal Lakshmi – Lakshmi Ka Safar, Tu Juliet Jatt Di and Mannat Har Khushi Paane Ki get a TVR of 1.2. Colors TV show Shiv Shakti Tap Tyaag Tandav gets a TVR of 1.1. The new show of Colors TV, Seher Hone Ko Hai gets an opening TVR of 1.1.
Star Plus’ Jhanak, Zee TV’s Saru and Sony SAB’s Itti Si Khushi get a TVR of 1.0. Colors TV show Binddii drops to a TVR of 0.9. Star Plus’ Maana Ke Hum Yaar Nahi gets a TVR of 0.8.
Overall, Star Plus finally gets a good opening with Shehzaadi Hai Tu Dil Ki, while Colors TV show Seher Hone Ko Hai opens average amid huge expectations. Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai drops, paving the way for Vasudha to become the slot leader at the 9.30 PM slot. Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan and Udne Ki Aasha share opening slot honours at the 9 PM slot. Jhanak, Binddii and Saru continue to struggle.
