The BARC India Ratings released today, 16 April 2026, for Week 14, sees Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi (Star Plus) taking the No 1 spot yet again, amid huge competition, with a TVR of 2.0. Zee TV’s well-rated shows have been surging ahead and doing well consistently. This week, Vasudha (Zee TV) edges past other top-rated shows to take the No 2 spot across GECs with a TVR of 1.9 with a great rise. Zee TV’s Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan takes the No 3 spot with a TVR of 1.8.
Three shows – Anupamaa, Kyunki Rishton Ke Bhi Roop Badalte Hain (both Star Plus) and Zee TV’s Tumm Se Tumm Tak stay joint with a TVR of 1.7. Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and Sony SAB’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah stay united with a TVR of 1.6. Star Plus’ Udne Ki Aasha, and Colors TV’s Naagin 7 get a TVR of 1.5. Colors TV’s Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment Season 3, Zee TV’s Jagadhatri and the Mahasangam of Colors TV’s Mannat Har Khushi Paane Ki and Dr Aarambhi get a TVR of 1.4.
Star Plus’ Mr & Mrs Parshuram secures a TVR of 1.3. Zee TV’s Lakshmi Niwas is placed next with a TVR of 1.2. Colors TV shows Mahadev & Sons, Mangal Lakshmi and Star Plus’ Aarti Anjali Awasthi have a TVR of 1.1.
Star Plus’ Taara stays at 0.8 TVR while the newly launched show of Sony SAB, Hui Gumm Yaadein, gets an opening of 0.7.
Overall, while Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi holds strong, Vasudha edges past channel competitors Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan and Tumm Se Tumm Tak. Kyunki Rishton Ke Bhi Roop Badalte Hain does well with a surge in ratings this week. Jagadhatri continues to impress. The Mahasangam of Mannat and Dr Aarambhi has given good results. Shows Udne Ki Aasha, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Aarti Anjali Awasthi, Naagin 7 continue to struggle. Mangal Lakshmi sustains but needs to move ahead now. Taara continues to disappoint, while Hui Gumm Yaadein would have liked to get a better opening.
