The BARC India Ratings for Week 23, released today, 18 June 2026, look like this. Yet again, it is the Zee TV shows all the way in the top spots. However, there is a change. Vasudha (Zee TV), which held the top spot for a few weeks now, is pushed to No 2, while Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan (Zee TV) emerges supreme as the No 1 show with a TVR of 1.9. Tumm Se Tumm Tak (Zee TV) and Vasudha are placed second with a TVR of 1.8.
Colors TV’s Naagin 7 and Star Plus’ Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bah Thi are placed together at a TVR of 1.5. Star Plus’ Anupamaa and Zee TV’s Jagadhatri, which are pitted at the same time slot, are on the same page with a TVR of 1.4, along with Colors TV’s Laughter Chefs Unlimited Entertainment S3. Star Plus’ Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai gets a TVR of 1.3. Udne Ki Aasha (Star Plus) has a TVR of 1.2 and 1.1. Bareilly Ke Bacchan on Colors TV opens well with a TVR of 1.2. Star Plus’ Kyunki Rishton Ke Bhi Roop Badalte Hain and Zee TV’s Lakshmi Niwas also secure a TVR of 1.2.
Sony SAB’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah sees a huge drop with a TVR of 1.1. Colors TV shows Dr Aarambhi and Sony Entertainment Television show India’s Best Dancer 5, get a TVR of 1.1. Colors TV’s Mangal Lakshmi and Mahadev & Sons and Star Plus’ Oh Humnava Tum Dena Saath Mera get a TVR of 1.0. Colors TV’s Mannat Har Khushi Paane Ki (Colors TV) gets a TVR of 0.9. Colors TV’s Seher Hone Ko Hai and Tu Juliet Jatt Di, Sony SAB’s Hastinapur Ke Veer and Zee TV’s Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile get a TVR of 0.8. Star Plus’ Sairaab clocks a TVR of 0.7.
Overall, Zee TV shows continue to thrive. It’s a battle for supremacy now between the channel’s top-rated shows. Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan takes the No 1 spot this week, pushing Vasudha to No 2. Tumm Se Tumm Tak sustains at the No 2 spot. For the first time, Jagadhatri bags similar ratings as Anupamaa at the same time slot. This explains the growth of the Zee TV show, which has been in direct competition with Anupamaa, which was at the top a few months back. Star Plus faces the same battle with dropped TRPs in most of its shows, with newly launched shows Oh Humnava Tum Sena Saath Mera and Sairaab struggling. Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah drops considerably. Colors TV’s Bareilly Ke Bacchan, which is pitted with the top show of the week, Ganga Mai Ki Betiyan, opens to a good TVR of 1.2. Otherwise, Colors TV also faces trouble with most of its shows dropping in numbers.
