Noted actress Dalljiet Kaur who was last seen playing a pivotal role in Zee TV’s Kaala Teeka has bagged her next meaty role!! She was last seen essaying the role of Maa Shakti on the BIG Magic show.
She has been roped in to play an integral part in Balaji Telefilms’ upcoming supernatural saga on Star Plus.
The story which is slated to be on the norms of the beauty and beast, a concept similar to Ekta Kapoor’s hit show, Brahmarakshas has already got a good ensemble cast in Vivek Dahiya and Karishma Tanna as leads, Manish Khanna, Papia Sengupta, Apara Mehta, Nirbhay Wadhwa playing central characters.
We now hear of Dalljiet bagging the role of the female lead’s (Tanna) elder sister.
A credible source tells us, “Dalljiet will have a very important part to play.”
We buzzed Dalljiet, but could not get through to her.
We reached out to the channel spokesperson for a comment, but did not get revert.
