Star Plus is now making way for its newest launch, Taara, produced by Magic Moments Motion Pictures. As we know, the show seems to bring a fresh breeze of being a cute love story, and has Krushal Ahuja and Kanika Kapur as the leads. The first look of the show looks captivating, and the fresh pair of Krushal and Kanika is being well-accepted. Reportedly, Taara will launch at the crucial time slot of 8 PM, which is presently held by the long-running show, Aarti Anjali Awasthi, produced by Blues Production.
There has been news circulating in the media about Aarti Anjali Awasthi going off air to accommodate the launch of Taara. However, we at IWMBuzz.com hear exclusively that Aarti Anjali Awasthi will now move to the 7.30 PM band. Aarti Anjali Awasthi has seen a drop in ratings of late, owing to the new launches on other GECs. Having said this, the show has a loyal audience and is presently focusing on new twists to make the narrative more impactful.
Our source further tells us that Shehzadi Hai Tu Dil Ki, which presently holds the 7.30 PM slot, is apparently going off air. Though there is no official declaration given as of now by the channel, things as of now look more likely for it to go off air. Shehzadi Hai Tu Dil Ki, produced by Sandalwood Media, has Ankit Raizada and Ashika Padukone playing the lead roles. The show has struggled ever since its launch to make a mark and grow its ratings.
