Prathaon Ki Odhe Chunri: Beendani, the Sun Neo show produced by Raghuvir Shekhawat’s Natkhat Productions, recently saw the big entry of Bhojpuri actress Rani Chatterjee in the role of Jwala. The character’s entry into the story plot shook the foundations of the story. Jwala was a fiery character with strength and poise that threatened to bring a change in the narrative. This is our IWMBuzz.com exclusive newsbreak on the entry of Rani Chatterjee in the show.
Now, we hear that the show will soon introduce senior actress Apara Mehta in the show. She is presently in talks to play yet another powerful character.
Apara Mehta, who is known as Savita Virani from Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, has played a myriad of roles on all channels across GECs. Her latest works include shows Qayamat Ki Raat, Maddam Sir, Anupamaa, Choti Sarrdaarni and more.
We buzzed Apara but did not get through to her.
We reached out to the Producer and channel spokesperson, but did not get a response till we filed the story.
As we know, Prathaon Ki Odhe Chunri: Beendani is set in the heart of Rajasthan and focuses on the life of Ghevar, an independent girl who runs her own shop, and the challenges she faces within the deep-rooted traditions of the region. The central premise revolves around an age-old custom where Ghevar is forced into a ritual meant to repay a family debt. Just as she seems trapped, the male lead, Kundan, claims her as his wife (Beendani) and rescues her, raising the question of whether this is a genuine rescue or if fate has tied them together in an unexpected way.
