Actor Anurag Sharma, who is known for his portrayals in shows Pavitra Rishta, Udaan, Nath – Zevar Ya Zanjeer, Doree, Chhathi Maiyya Ki Bitiya, Prem Leela etc, will soon start work on his next meaty role on TV. He has come on board the upcoming Sony SAB show produced by Sobo Films.
As we know, the show will bring back the mighty performer Iqbal Khan to the TV screens. Mera Balam Thanedaar fame Srishti Singh will play the lead opposite Iqbal Khan. The show will also bring back Ekta Kaul in a pivotal role. Poonam Preet is also scheduled to join the cast in an important role.
We now hear that Anurag Sharma has been roped in to play a vital role.

Sobo Films has earlier delivered notable shows like Ek Mahanayak – Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and Maati Se Bandhi Dor. Indian television has also witnessed several successful medical dramas in the past, including Dill Mill Gayye, Sanjeevani, and Dhadkan Zindagi Ki. The banner is also making a show for Sun Neo, which will be a fantasy-based show, with Abhishek Malik and Neha Solanki as leads.
Recently, Sony SAB brought in the popular Shabir Ahluwalia as the lead in one of its shows. Now, it is time for Iqbal Khan to make his presence felt.
