Actor Arjit Taneja recently joined the ongoing show Dr Aarambhi on Colors TV as the new male lead, stepping into the role of Dhruv Chavla. Before this, the actor was seen as the lead in Star Plus’s Jhanak and has joined the ongoing show alongside Aishwarya Khare and Aditya Reddij, the existing leads. But now, as Dhruv, his character has brought a fresh narrative, and, while talking about accepting this role and more about the project, the actor, in an exclusive interview with IWMBuzz, opened up, highlighting that he was skeptical about the show.
In an exclusive interview with IWMBuzz journalist Sweta Gupta, when asked if it was always a yes from his side or if he gave second thought before joining Dr. Aarambhi. Arjit confessed, “I gave two or three thoughts because I was a little skeptical about joining an ongoing show, but after having a few conversations and meetings, I said yes.”
Whether it’s challenging for him to maintain his graph as he always chooses to work with a good production house, the actor said, “I have, I would just say not, there can be bas experiences at times. I just feel that it’s important to work with good people who are not toxic.”
When asked about his experience returning to the sets of the show, as he worked here during Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye, Arjit said, “Actually, when I came here for the mock shoot, that moment itself memories resurface, and I met everyone after a long time, so while shooting I enjoyed a lot. And I think it will be a good journey from here.”
