Katha Ankahee the Hindi remake of the Turkish series One Thousand And One Nights, better known as Arabian Nights, will soon launch on Sony TV. Sphere Origins, the production house which presently has Pandya Store running successfully on Star Plus, produce this show. The show will see Aditi Dev Sharma and Adnan Khan playing the leads. Sheen Dass has joined the cast as the parallel lead.
We now hear of child actor Azinkya Mishra bagging an integral role in the show. Azinkya was recently seen in the TV shows Rakshabandhan.. Rasal Apne Bhai Ki Daal, Jai Hanuman Sankatmochan Naam Tiharo.
As per a reliable source, “Azinkya will play the son of the lead Katha in this new show.”
Katha Ankahee’s promo has been engaging and has garnered a positive response. It will be interesting to see how this concept connects with audiences.
We buzzed Azinkya but did not get through for comment.
