Colors TV is preparing for the launch of its new show to replace Naagin 7 on the weekend band. Yes, we at IWMBuzz.com were the first to report that Naagin 7 is due for a closure in the month of June 2026. The cult franchise supernatural thriller, produced by Balaji Telefilms, was always a planned finite concept. The show has had a good run, with Priyanka Chahar Choudhary as the main protagonist, winning hearts. The show had a huge opening with the initial episodes giving it a big boost in ratings. Though there has been a drop in the ratings subsequently, the loyal viewers of the show have had ample reasons to celebrate and enjoy the concept.
Producer Ektaa Kapoor, in her story on social media, confirmed that Naagin 7 will end on 7 June.

Now, coming to the big show to replace it, Juggernaut Productions will come up with an army-based concept, which is slated to be an ambitious project for the channel.
Juggernaut Productions has been a banner known for its high-octane military drama on the web platform. Shoorveer, Code M, Avrodh: The Siege Within, and Rakshak are a few of the banner’s noteworthy properties on the OTT medium.
The banner will now come up with a high-octane army-based concept for Colors TV. We at IWMBuzz.com had earlier reported exclusively about Gashmeer Mahajani and Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia playing the leads in an upcoming Colors TV show. Now, we hear that Nimrit is no longer a part of the show, and it will be Erica Fernandes playing the main role along with Gashmeer.

A little birdie tells us, “Gashmeer and Erica make an interesting pair, and Colors TV has big expectations for its upcoming weekend band with this show.”
Gashmeer was last seen in a special cameo role in Zee TV’s Lakshmi Niwas, while Erica will make her comeback to TV after successful shows Kasutii Zindagii Kay 2, Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi, etc.
