Ruchi Savarn, the prolific actress, known even today for her portrayal of Disha in Zee TV’s popular show Kumkum Bhagya, is all set for her return to the TV space after a hiatus. Ruchi, who took a maternity break after the successful run of the show, embraced motherhood in the year 2021. Ruchi and her actor husband, Ankiet Mohan, are blessed with a boy.
Now, the big news is that Ruchi will soon be back on television with Star Plus‘ upcoming show Sairaab. Produced by Magic Moments Motion Pictures, the show will be a love story exploring an intense, layered romance between two individuals from entirely different worlds. It tackles themes of age gaps, social status boundaries, and public judgment as a young musical sensation falls for an independent older woman. Rohit Chandel and Madirakshi Mundle play the leads in the show.
