Bigg Boss 18 has been underway for only a few days now, and gradually, we have contestants who stand out a little more than others. But as is the case with the show, many people find it tougher to survive than others. We have seen how Muskan Bamne, best known for her role in Anupamaa, broke down earlier yesterday as she was battling loneliness.

Before entering the show, on similar lines, the actor indulged in an exclusive conversation with IWMBuzz as she talked about how the show happened to her, what would be her challenges and what would happen if her former Anupamaa co-stars like Sudhanshu Pandey & Madalasa Sharma enter the show.

Q. When Bigg Boss 18 happened to you, would it always be a yes, or did you have second thoughts before giving a nod?

Muskan: It was always a yes, honestly. At our home, everyone loves Salman Khan Sir so much, and now that it is happening, everyone is really excited.

Q. Controversies and Bigg Boss go hand-in-hand. Are you open to being in such situations?

Muskan: I am open to everything because I am going in the house to explore new things, and it is a reality show, the more real you are and keep it, the better.

Q. You’re known to be a sweet and smiling person. And here in Bigg Boss, things won’t always be that smooth. Have you thought about how there will be instances where you’ll have to think twice and look at things from both aspects before acting on them?

Muskan: I think for a show like this, the more open you are with your mind, the better it is. If I think too much from the start and plan my actions, it won’t help me. So, I am keeping an open mind and just looking at the situation the way it is going to be and acting accordingly.

Q. How are you in real life? And how do you think fans will like to see you?

Muskan: In real life, I am a cute person (laughs) and hence, the fans will see my cute side only, and I just hope I get the love from people. But yes, people have only seen me in a show and play a certain character. They don’t know the real me, so I would love for them to see and like the real me.

Q. You are one of the youngest contestants on the show. There have been times when young contestants are ridiculed or their opinion is not taken into consideration because of their age. What do you think about it?

Muskan: Yes, such situations will surely happen. But that’s now how it works. In a house, you can’t just have a say or be right if you are an elder, as a young person, I will also have my say and keep my stand when it is needed. And in my case, my upbringing and teachings only haven’t instilled being rude or maligning anyone, so I don’t think I will do that. But there will be a way to put things across and I will be sure to do that without hurting anyone.

Q. What will be your reaction when someone shouts at you?
Muskan: I think I will cry instantly. That’s probably my default option. Or I will say something right away but almost surely, I will cry first.

Q. Just like you left Anupamaa over a year ago, we saw Sudhanshu Pandey and Madalasa Sharma leaving the show recently as well. There were rumors they would also do Bigg Boss. If it happens, how do you think it will be?

Muskan: I think it will be so much fun. I have known them for three years now having worked with them on the show, so if it does happen, I think we will harass everyone (laughs).
