Star Plus‘ upcoming musical drama Sairaab, produced by Magic Moments Motion Pictures, has been making headlines with a lot being written about the captivating concept, the first look and the promo. There have been parallels drawn to Ahaan Pandey and Aneet Padda’s blockbuster film Saiyaara. Also, there have been talks about the story being adapted from the real-life love story of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas.
As we know, the promo shows Ishaan being a popular singer, falling for the woman Noyonika, who is a doctor who had treated him earlier. Actors Rohit Chandel and Madirakshi Mundle play the leads in the show.

Now we hear that Shantanu Monga, who was last seen in Bade Ghar Ki Chhoti Bahu, will play a vital role in the show.
A little birdie tells us, “Shantanu will play the youngest son in the main family. He will be paired opposite Patrali Chattopadhyay.”
We buzzed Shantanu but did not get through to him.
