DJ’s – A Creative Unit helmed by Tony and Deeya Singh will soon come up with a new show on Dangal 2. The news doing rounds is that Dangal will soon be coming up with a fresh programming lineup for the new channel. As of now, Dangal 2 airs re-runs of old shows. It is believed that commissioning for new shows for Dangal 2 has already begun.
IWMBuzz.com has learnt exclusively that Dangal 2 will see the launch of DJ’s – A Creative Unit’s new show titled Professor Pandey Ke Paanch Pariwaar. This will be of an out-and-out comedy genre is what we hear.
We have further learnt that actress Sonu Chandrapal who has been seen in TV shows Suhani Si Ek Ladki, Shrimad Bhagwat etc, has been roped in to play a key role in the show.
As per a reliable source, “Sonu will attempt comedy for the first time with this show. It is heard that she will play the lead in the show.”
We buzzed Sonu Chandrapal but did not get through to her.
We reached out to Producer Deeya Singh, but did not get revert till we filed the story.
Our efforts to reach out to the spokesperson at Dangal 2 remained futile.
