Actor Vaquar Shaikh returned to TV screens after a long time with Colors TV’s show Seher Hone Ko Hai, produced by Richa Yamini’s Icecream Dreams and Aarambh Entertainment. Recently opened up about his grey character Parvez in the show in an exclusive interview with IWMBuzz.
In an exclusive interview with IWMBuzz journalist Sweta Gupta, when asked about playing a grey character in the show, Vaquar said, “This show, to play Parvez, is actually very disturbing. Because even to think that people like this also exist in the world, this thing itself will disturb you.”
Vaquar further explains, “If anyone, especially if a female, thinks her father would have been like this, or someone thinks my husband would have been like this, it is a very disturbing thought. So for me to play something like, I have a daughter, a wife, and a son. So I’m not at all like that in personal life, but since I’m a professional actor, I have to do every kind of role, so it is very disturbing for me to play. To understand this is very difficult, but it is also very important to do so because even today, people like this exist in society.”
