Resham Tipnis, the seasoned campaigner will soon be back on the TV screens!!
She will play a vital role in &TV’s newest presentation, ‘Half Marriage’ produced by Kavita Barjatya.
IndianWikiMedia.com had exclusively reported earlier about newbie Tarun Miglani and Priyanka Purohit playing the lead faces in the show. As reported by media, Satyajit Sharma is also part of the cast.
We now hear of Resham Tipnis who was last seen in SAB TV’s Sahib Biwi aur Boss essaying the prime role.
As per credible sources, “Resham will play a very interesting character, that will have bit of grey shade as well as humour in it. The lady will be seen speaking the Kanpuriya dialect and will be the only character in the show which will be grey. She will play ‘mami’ to the male lead.”
Resham who has had a vast body of work with shows Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Karishma, Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki, Ghar Ek Sapna, Do Dil Ek Jaan, Baa Bahu Aur Baby, Satrangi Sasural we hear, is pretty excited about this new project.
Confirming the same, Resham told us, “Yes, I am doing the show. It is a very interesting character and I am looking forward to it.”
We buzzed the channel spokesperson as well as Producer Kavita Barjatya, but did not get to hear from them till we filed the story.
