Badho Bahu, one of the most watched shows on the channel &TV, as per sources, might wrap up soon.
The Rytasha Rathore-Prince Narula starrer differential love saga (lady love being on the heavier side) won accolades and warmed hearts of audiences.
However, of late, the smooth programming flow took a hit with Rytasha voicing her discontent on continuing with the project owing to creative dissatisfaction. She, now, has stopped coming to the set, as per sources.
We have further learnt that replacement for Rytasha was being looked for, however, the apt fitment was not to be found, thus sending things in a tizzy.
“Rytasha has of late showed lack of interest in the project, and wanted an extended break from the show. The channel and Producers actually gave her the needed break which has gone quite long. Even now, Rytasha is in Turkey holidaying, while her track is being evaded from the plot. Things look a tad difficult to shape up and thus, the show might end by May (2018),” adds the source.
We buzzed Producer Dipti Kalwani, but did not get revert from her.
When we buzzed Rytasha and channel spokesperson, we did not get any revert till the time of filing the article.

&TV has few new fiction shows in the pipeline, with Raakesh Paswan’s Bitti Businesswali and Shashi Sumeet’s upcoming show Kanchan. Hence going by the problems that the channel and Producers have been facing with the lead actress, it looks very unlikely that the show will overcome this phase and breathe on!!
Well, all good things too need to end!! So will Badho Bahu, seems like!!
