After his never-seen-before Qawwali look from the sets of Star Plus’ India Ke Top 1% created quite a stir, we finally have a glimpse of what all that buzz was about. The teaser of the show’s new theme song is out, and Kapoor Sahab seems to be having an absolute blast in it.
Dapper in an all-black Qawwali-inspired look, Anil Kapoor brings his trademark swag, infectious energy and effortless charm to the song. The teaser gives viewers just enough of a taste without giving the whole game away, and that makes the wait for the complete song even more exciting. From the setting and beats to Kapoor Sahab owning the frame, there’s plenty here to make you go, “Arre, Wah! Maza Ayega!” And perhaps that’s exactly the point!
The song also plays into the show’s ‘Baat Khatki Toh Jeet Pakki’ thought, which has been popping up everywhere lately. The show brings together 100 contestants from different walks of life, with Megastar Anil Kapoor taking centre stage as host.
