Manit Joura, who starred in the popular family drama Kundali Bhagya, has returned to the show and is looking forward to his second season. Many had left the show in the middle but have recently returned. Manit reportedly left the show at the time to pursue a career in the Punjabi film industry. However, he has since claimed that he took a hiatus from Kundali Bhagya due to his mother’s health problems. Rishabh Luthra, Karan Luthra’s (Dheeraj Dhoopar) older brother, was played by him. Manit Joura revealed in an interview with ETimes that when his mother was diagnosed with a brain tumor last year, it was a difficult time for him.

Many mentioned that his mother’s illness was one of the reasons he left Kundali Bhagya because he wanted to spend more time with her. Many provided an update on her health, stating that she has been treated and is now doing much better. The 39-year-old actor went on to say that his status as an actor helped him secure an early appointment for his mother with a neurosurgeon. Manit Joura said he was leaving the hospital with a broken heart since he couldn’t get an appointment with a neurosurgeon.

Given his mother’s condition, he desired quick attention and cared for her. He ran across a doctor on his way out of the hospital who recognized him and told him that his mother was a major admirer of Kundali Bhagya. Manit was asked to talk to his fan through a video call by the doctor. Many complied, and he discovered that the doctor is a neurosurgeon with whom he had discussed his situation. He got his mom an appointment right away and complimented his profession.
