Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, the Sony SAB television show produced by Neela Film Production, has seen engaging drama with the Gokuldham Society buzzing with energy and enthusiasm to celebrate and pay tribute to the amazing thespian actor Dharmendra. Tapu Sena and others planned to pay a tribute to the great actor on 31st December, on the eve of the New Year. With Bhide giving the permission, Tapu Sena got together to plan for the evening.
We saw the Gokuldham Society residents dress up well for the evening. While one could see varied characters on play on the stage from the iconic Dharmendra films like Yamla Pagla Deewana, Dream Girl, Seeta aur Geeta, Sholay, Dharamveer etc, there was fun and frolic with everyone dressing up as characters from the films.
The upcoming episode will be a continuation of the celebration of the thespian actor’s works. Filled with amazing dance and song numbers, dialogues, and the celebration of the timeless roles of Dharmendra, the Gokuldham Society’s tribute to the actor will warm up the audience.

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, produced by Neela Film Production, is a comedy sitcom that revolves around the Gokuldham Co-operative Housing Society, an apartment complex in Powder Gali, Film City Road, Goregaon East, Mumbai, and focuses on the members of Gokuldham Society who come from different backgrounds. The show, which launched in the year 2008, has been a favourite of all households for years.
