Vasudha, the Zee TV show produced by Arvind Babbal Productions, has seen engaging drama with Dev (Abhishek Sharrma) accepting the challenge placed by his father-in-law, Hanumant, and is trying hard to prove that he is the right match for his daughter, Vasudha (Priya Thakur). Dev has been living the life of a common man, sleeping and eating on the floor. This behaviour of Dev has angered Chandrika (Parineeta Borthakur) more.

We have seen Dev and Vasudha trying to restore the image of Hanumant after a freak car accident injured an elderly lady. We wrote about Hanumant losing his driver’s licence, which emotionally broke him down.

The upcoming episode will see Dev being confident and enthusiastic about hitting a professional high, as he will be delivering his contract pitch to a group of NRI clients. Chandrika will be keen on Dev bagging it for their company. Dev will work hard on the pitch all night, and will be ready to present it.

However, Hanumant will throw a googly at Dev. He will tell Dev that he has to do his duty as a driver, welcome the NRI clients from the airport and bring them to the office. This will leave Dev startled, as he will be torn between his dual responsibilities of bagging the contract for his mother as the CEO of their company, while, handling his driver duties given by Hanumant. Dev will be seen as a driver to welcome the clients. But when the clients will see him take on the other role, they will be cynical about it. It will be interesting to see Chandrika’s reaction to this tricky situation Dev will be in.

What will happen now?

Vasudha is a compelling story that delves into the fascinating dynamics between two women from entirely different worlds – whose paths cross, leading to a clash of ideologies, temperaments and socioeconomic backgrounds, promising a narrative unlike any other on Indian television. Chandrika Singh Chauhan’s character is played by Nausheen Ali Sardar while Priya Thakur is seen in the titular role of Vasudha. Abhishek Sharma plays the lead Devansh Singh Chauhan. However, presently, Nausheen has been replaced by Parineeta Borthakur. The show is produced by Arvind Babbal Productions.
