Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the Star Plus television show produced by Rajan Shahi’s Director’s Kut, has seen Armaan (Rohit Purohit) navigate an emotional arc as he secretly handled his illness even as he remained in disbelief. Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) learned about Armaan’s brain tumour and stood as a strong support. Armaan and Abhira faced their next hurdle when they had to move out of the Poddar house after Damyanti Armaan of hitting Disha. Dadisa believed Damyanti, which led to Armaan and Abhira moving out with Mukti and Maira.
While Abhira battled alone handling Armaan’s illness and keeping it a secret from her daughters, Armaan was upset about the news in the paper, which stated that the Poddar family had disowned him. His pain increased all the more, thinking that Dadisa hated him so much.
The upcoming episode will see Abhira seeing success when she will take up the case of Kulkarni as Armaan will not be able to handle it owing to illness. She will win the case and will be eager to tell Armaan about it. But Armaan will face problems when Krish will see Armaan in a painful state, and will assume that he is drunk.
Krish will humiliate Armaan publicly and will even force Armaan to go through an alcohol test. Armaan will go through this emotional setback without revealing the truth. It will now be interesting whether Abhira will reveal the truth to the family about Armaan’s illness, and how she will protect him during this low ebb in his life.
