Bade Acche Lagte Hain, gripping episode begins with Bhagyashree urgently calling Rishabh to inform him about their accident as they rush to the city hospital. Concerned, Rishabh leaves his meeting and hurries to Bhagyashree’s side. Meanwhile, Purab observes his brother’s sudden distraction from work and wonders why he abandoned such an important meeting.
At the city hospital, Bhagyashree races to check Nysah in. The receptionist instructs her to fill out the form and contact Nysah’s family. While doing so, Bhagyashree spots a contact named “Jaan” in Nysah’s phone and decides to call it, to which the receptionist agrees.
As a nurse attempts to clean Nysah’s blood, she discovers it’s fake. Nysah bribes the nurse, asking her to inform her husband that she is in critical condition to ensure he visits her. She remembers pouring fake blood before Bhagyashree arrived, pretending to be seriously injured.
Meanwhile, the neighborhood invites Padma and her family to a pooja. Padma feels the absence of Sowmya and asks Revati to contact her.
Back at the hospital, the receptionist tells Bhagyashree that Nysah’s husband is not answering calls. Bhagyashree tries to call the number herself, but Rishabh, having poor reception, disconnects the call. On the other end, Padma talks to Sowmya and pleads with her to return home, but Sowmya declines. Later, Sowmya books an appointment with a gynecologist.
Suddenly, Bhagyashree faints, prompting nurses to rush her to a room. Rishabh arrives at the hospital, anxiously inquiring about the accident. A bribed doctor misleadingly tells him that his wife is fighting for her life, leading Rishabh to believe it concerns Bhagyashree. As he heads to Nysah’s room, he overhears a nurse mention blood samples for Bhagyashree and quickly changes direction.
When Rishabh enters Bhagyashree’s room, he sees her lying in bed and begs her to wake up. He hugs her, confessing that he tried not to label their relationship, but now realizes he can’t imagine his life without her. He expresses that his days revolve around her presence and that her sadness brings him tears. He pleads for her to open her eyes.
Awakening to his heartfelt confession, Bhagyashree teases Rishabh. He feels relieved to see her conscious and claims he used a special trick to wake her. Inquiring about her travels, Bhagyashree mentions Nysah and how she called Nysah’s emergency contact “Jaan,” uncertain if they would respond. She compliments Rishabh on his suit, and he explains he attended an audition. When she learns he resigned from his job, she assures him that she will look after their financial needs. Rishabh says something to her before leaving.
Meanwhile, Nysah anxiously awaits Rishabh’s arrival. The doctor enters with her discharge papers, but she refuses to leave without seeing her husband. The doctor informs her that Rishabh has come and sent him to her, but Nysah becomes furious, blaming the doctor for not bringing Rishabh to her.
Back home, Rishabh shows Purab a cheque, explaining that Bhagyashree sold her jewelry for their father’s medical treatment after he revealed his father’s illness, highlighting his soft spot for her.
Later, Bhagyashree encounters Nysah, who thanks her for the support and offers to return the favor. Bhagyashree requests Nysah to give her assistant a permanent position since he resigned. Nysah comments that love should only exist between people of equal status, prompting Bhagyashree to defend Rishabh passionately. Nysah orders her to leave, stating she would go home with the driver to settle the bills.
Outside the hospital, Bhagyashree spots Sowmya, who is contemplating abortion. She stops her, and Sowmya shares that Karthik cannot care for the baby, urging Bhagyashree not to take her brother’s side, as he sold their house without informing them. Bhagyashree encourages her not to punish the unborn child for Karthik’s actions, assuring her of the family’s support. She asks Sowmya to return home first and then make a decision, promising they would respect her choice.
At home, Rishabh tells Purab that Bhagyashree is a good person and suggests that misunderstandings caused by Nysah led to Bhagyashree giving unfavorable testimony against their father in court.
In a flashback, Rishabh attributes his success to his father, Gautham, which displeases Nysah. That night in their room, Nysah confronts Rishabh, irritated that someone else matters more to him than she does.
The episode concludes with the precap, where Rishabh disguises himself as a doctor, teasing Bhagyashree about her heart not being well. Meanwhile, Nysah arrives at Happy Home Apartments, determined to find out which “low-class girl” has captivated Rishabh’s attention.
