The episode of Bade Achhe Lagte Hain starts with Priya telling Vedika if she will help her prepare for Ram’s birthday. Shubham asks Priya if he can help her in any way. Shubham promises Priya that he will be responsible and that he will attend all the meetings from now on. Priya tells Vedika that she wants to celebrate Ram’s birthday at Ram’s farmhouse. Priya tells Vedika that Bhrinda will help her out if she needs anything. Mami tells Priya that there is no need to tell Bhrinda about anything and that Vedika will manage.
Priya leaves the house and Vedika sees Ram coming downstairs so she starts acting up as if she is on call. Vedika says ” start with the preparation, I will reach the farmhouse in a while”. Ram hears what Vedika said and asks Mami about it. Mami tells Ram that Vedika has been preparing for his birthday for so many days and that she is really worried about him. Mami tells Ram that Priya doesn’t even know it’s his birthday tomorrow.
Priya goes to the hotel where Anjali is staying and writes a note to her and slides it in through the door as Anjali doesn’t open the door. Priya writes in the note that Anjali doesn’t have to worry about anything and that Priya is here to help her. Raj sees Priya and Sara in the hotel and calls Shashi and gives him the update. Priya and Sara leave the hotel and go to the bakery where Ram used to eat cake to make a cake for Ram.
Ram is in his office thinking that Priya doesn’t care about him and that she doesn’t know about his birthday. Adhi sees Ram stressed and tells Priya that he is going to tell everything to Ram . Priya asks Adhi not to tell anything. Ram gets frustrated and leaves the office. Nandani calls Ram and tells him that Vedika is planning on celebrating his birthday. Nandani tells Ram that Priya is not home and that she is with Neeraj. Ram calls in Neeraj’s office and the manager tells Ram that Neeraj left the office half a day as his sister in law needed some help. Shubham comes to Ram’s room and asks him to get ready.
