The episode starts with another letter to Vibhuti. And in this letter, Vibhuti gets a warning that if he doesn’t do what he is ordered to, then David will be drowned in cow dung again and again. After knowing this, David asks Vibhuti to insult Anita Bhabhi Ji, or he will give all his property to Govardhan, whom he doesn’t know. Later Teeka and Tillu also get another letter in which they are ordered to carry Commissioner’s sali in their arms or else the consequences they already know. Meanwhile, the Commissioner and his sali Rusa come into the scene at the chai wali tapri, where they order tea for themselves. Teeka and Tillu greet Commissioner and Rusa. And Teeka and Tillu call Rusa to check her height and slowly pick her in their arms. In comparison, the Commissioner gets angry instantly and calls the police to arrest them and serve them with the third degree.
Vibhuti calls Tiwari Ji and Angoori Bhabhi Ji for dinner. While enjoying the dinner, Tiwari Ji and Angoori praise Anita Bhabhi Ji for the tasty food. Vibhuti confronts, saying that he has made the food and not Anita. And slowly, Vibhuti starts insulting Anita Ji. And when Tiwari Ji supports Anita, Vibhuti starts to insult him too. Angoori feeds the pigeon outside. Vibhuti comes in and talks with her. While a letter arrives at Angoori, where she is asked to feed Vibhuti, making him a pigeon. So she makes Vibhuti a pigeon and feeds him. Vibhuti also starts to act like a bird. Prem comes in and starts recording the scene. When Vibhuti asks what he is doing, Prem says he is also ordered to record a video of a man who is acting like a pigeon. While Teeka and Tillu are tortured in jail, Manohar asks them to leave. At the same time, Teeka and Tillu get another letter to beat the Commissioner for how he is treating them and take out his clothes. TT gets scared.
