Today’s Ek Bhram Sarvagun Sampanna 21 May episode begins with a car almost crashing with Jhanvi. But she just saves herself from getting crushed. The blackmailer then calls her and demands a hefty sum of money from her. Jhanvi threatens and warns the blackmailer to reveal his real face in front of her. Jhanvi returns home injured which has Dhruv worried.
Dhruv assures Jhanvi that he will always be supportive of her no matter how many mistakes she makes. He also informs her about the state of the kitchen and how Kabir has taken over today.
Kabir brings along Suman with him inside the kitchen and requests her to cook him his favorite meal for breakfast. He tells her that PK won’t ever know about it. All this while Kavya guards the kitchen and does not let anyone into the room. This allows Kabir and Suman to spend quality time inside with each other.
Aarush goes to Jhanvi to hand her a handmade card. This makes Ishaani furious while Jhanvi appreciates him for the same.
The family loves the breakfast. Kabir tells them that it is made by Suman today. This angers PK and he abandons his dish, while the others compliment Suman. Ishaani boasts to Kavya about how Kabir took good care of her in order to make her jealous.
When Kabir enters the room, Kavya is rude to him. Kabir is confused about her behavior. Suddenly Kavya receives a call from the lab.
