Pakhi’s family arrives to see Meera at the opening of the episode. Prema is seen on Facebook pleading with Sameer to accept Meera’s requests because she is afraid they may harm Shanaya. Meera informs Dadi that she has added two additional employees to the household. She advises them to keep the house in good repair. She breaks the photo of Pakhi and Agastya that is hung on the wall. She goes right over it.
There is a six-month gap. Meera and Yug have come to see Agastya at the psychiatric hospital. The latter is tucked away beneath the bed and refuses to emerge. Meera points to a bar of chocolate and yells at him. When Agastya sees his favourite nut chocolate, he gets thrilled and comes out. He tells Meera that he is a good child and begs for his favourite chocolate.
Meera instructs Agastya to follow her instructions. Agastya kneels and opens his mouth. Meera smacks him in the face with chocolate pieces. Agastya smiles like a child. He wonders why Meera isn’t bringing him his favourite chocolate every day. Agastya, Meera claims, is disobedience. She inquires as to why he was not injected. Agastya requests oral medication. Meera inquires about the disobedient children’s punishment. Electric shocks, according to Agastya. Meera claims she is attempting to save him from this. Agastya sobs and pleads with them not to give him electric shocks, claiming that he is a decent boy. Agastya is dragged by the ward lads and subjected to electric shocks.
When Sameer wakes up, he notices that there is no water in the pot to drink. Mona awakens, and with her, Dadi and Naveli. Prema is scrubbing the carpet. Meera is knocked down when she accidently collides with her. Meera becomes enraged and throws the water at Prema. She yells at Mona, telling her not to feed Prema today. She requests that Dadi clean the water out of her slipper. Dadi is obedient. Naveli and Mona are getting ready for college. Meera cautions them not to make any mistakes in the housework or she will put an end to their studies. Yug enters and informs Meera that a doctor from the mental institution has called and requested that they come. Meera’s automobile is ready, says Sameer when he arrives. Meera informs him that he is late and that he will not be served food.
Dadi asks Sameer to see Agastya and inquire about his well-being, as he is the only one who can do so. She is unable to leave the house, and a bodyguard is assigned to her. Sameer claims that Agastya is to blame for Pakhi’s death and that he doesn’t mind dying. In the mental institution, the doctor informs Meera that he has been transferred and that the new doctor may not be able to provide Agastya with the same level of care. He claims that Agastya became a child as a result of the numerous shock treatments and overdose medications administered to him. He claims that if this treatment isn’t continued, Agastya will return to normal. Yug is concerned that their strategy may fall apart. Meera tells him that she would take care of everything.
Dadi makes a wish for Agastya. Prema approaches Dadi and tells her that she will never forgive Agastya for killing Pakhi, but that she understands her anguish as a mother. They don’t believe Dadi when she swears Agastya didn’t kill Pakhi. She is concerned about Meera’s treatment of Agastya. Agastya, on the other hand, is subjected to shock treatment. Dadi prays for an angel to come and save Agastya. A girl that looks like Pakhi is spotted dancing somewhere in a pub. Bulbul is revealed to be her name. She argues with the man and gets the money she needs for her bar dance.
