The Zee TV show Kumkum Bhagya, produced by Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms, has seen intense drama with Prarthana (Pranali Rathod) returning to her mother, Seem’s house. However, Seema becomes furious at Shivansh (Namik Paul) and decides to come back to Shivansh to fight for her daughter’s rights.

Today’s episode starts with Seema arriving at Shivansh’s house. Bua Maa confronts Seema and demeans her. But Seema looks tough and tells Bua Maa that, though they are not rich, she cannot steal her daughter’s destiny. She boldly announces that she has come here to fight for her daughter’s rights.
Meanwhile, Shivansh enters the scene, and Bua Maa tries to instigate Shivansh against Prarthana, saying that she has not returned home for him but for money. Bua Maa makes a shocking revelation that Prarthana wants alimony. Shivansh, with an upset face, looks at Prarthana, asking her if she wants alimony, and Prarthana, in a dilemma, looks at Seema, who gives her a thumbs up, and she accepts that she wants alimony.
However, as Prarthana comes near Shivansh, they both are lost in each other, marked by the pain due to their separation. Shivansh takes Prarthana with him to his room, leaving Bua Maa shocked.
Later, Shivansh goes to drop Prarthana at her house, and as soon as Sonalika learns about this, she is shocked. Sonalika asks Bua Maa how it is possible because Prarthana was already gone, but Bua Maa reveals that she returned for alimony. However, Sonalika feels frustrated, and Bua Maa faces her wrath. Sonalika confronts Bua Maa about why Shivansh cares for Prarthana so much, but Bua Maa stays silent.
