The episode begins with Madhu threatening Prachi with revealing her pregnancy to Pallavi if she does not return home. Pallavi claims she is only acting and that nothing has happened to her. Prachi has stated that she will leave her home. Pallavi departs, requesting Prachi to accompany her. Madhu sends Prachi home with Shahana, who informs them that Ranbir’s condition is improving. Pallavi runs into Madhu again and inquires about the situation. Madhu claims she will not reveal the identity of her patient. Pallavi claims, “I know she’s simply acting.” Madhu inquires as to if she believes Prachi is so nasty. Pallavi answers yeah, and it’s public knowledge.
Prachi sees Ranbir’s portrait at home and promises him that when he returns home, she would confess how much she loves him. She claims she would demonstrate that she, too, is enraged by his love. She looks at their wedding photo and remembers their wish for their children. Prachi dreams that Pallavi and Rhea hold her responsible for Ranbir’s death. She is startled when she wakes up. Dida is told to eat fruits by Shahana. Tea is bad for her health. Shahana offers Dida tea. Shahana inquires as to why she is being punished. Dida claims that your generation is unconcerned about emotions. She says she’ll do whatever makes her happy, then sips the tea and says they can’t force their choice on others. Prachi was something Shahana insisted on. She walks away. Prachi phones Vikram in tears, asking how Ranbir is doing. Vikram assures her not to cry, and that Ranbir is OK. The nurse emerges to notify them that Ranbir has regained consciousness.
Vikram notifies Prachi of the situation and hangs up. Prachi is overjoyed. Pallavi and Vikram are informed by the doctor that they would not be able to meet Ranbir at this time. Prachi is experiencing nausea. She uses the restroom. Alia inquires as to why they are waiting. Ranbir wants to meet Prachi first, according to Vikram, but she doesn’t pick up the phone. Pallavi requests that Rhea transport Prachi to the hospital. Rhea, Alia believes, will be disturbed. Rhea remembers how important Prachi is to Ranbir on the way. She believes that one day he will regret insulting her. Prachi emerges from the toilet. Shahana claims to be in good shape. Prachi claims she dressed in Ranbir’s favourite colour and went to the hospital to greet him as he regained consciousness. Prachi is told by Shahana to follow her heart rather than her words. Prachi believes you are correct, and Ranbir is entitled to know the truth.
When Ranbir sees the mangalsutra, he believes he understands how important the mangalsutra and our relationship are to you, and he decides to leave home with you. Prachi informs Shahana that she will remain with Ranbir and accompany him wherever he goes. Rhea comes home. She believes he must first meet me, but he prefers to meet Prachi. Prachi says she’ll tell Ranbir the truth, and then my life will be as lovely as it was before, and we’ll be a beautiful family, and Ranbir will make me wear Mangalsutra, and I’ll tell him I’m ready to go anywhere with him. When Rhea hears them, she drops the bottle. Prachi is startled when she sees her.
