Karan and Preeta come back home and they were missed by their family. Preeta informs everybody that Akshay is back from Dubai and is planning the wedding of Kritika. Everyone at home gets excited and starts planning the wedding and other arrangements including Rakhi, Preeta, Katrina, and others.
Mahira on the other hand regrets going to Manali and thinks it was the wrong way to try to get close to Karan. She thinks that everybody is a family there and she felt left out. To this, Sherlyn mentions that Rakhi has been acting well only to get into the good books of everybody.
Karan and Preeta are in a room when they discuss Kritika’s wedding preparation and Preeta is making a to-do list. She mentions that he is very proud of Preeta but also says that he needs to tell his family about Mahira. Preeta disagrees and says that it is a happy time for the family and things like this should not be brought up. Karan agrees but also keeps thinking about the same situation.
Kritika and Akshay talk on the phone about their feelings for each other. Akshay apologizes to Kritika for his bad behavior towards her in the past and promises her that he will do better and be a better person for her in the future and wants to marry her as soon as possible. Kritika is very touched and says that she wants to leave the past in the past and move on with him and marry him soon and asks him to come home early.
The next day, everybody at home is excited for Akshay and his family to come to visit them. Kritika welcomes everybody into the home. Akshay’s family is greeted and is served some tea and snacks.
Akshay’s mother is very happy to meet everybody while Kareena mentions that she is happier that Akshay and his family moved back to the city. They propose a wedding date and decide to have a traditional wedding. They also decide on doing the Jago ritual the next day and Akshay and Kritika are extremely happy and excited. Akshay and his family take a leave.
Karan teases Kritika and asks her if she will wait another week while Preeta wants to take Kritika shopping on the same day itself. Srishti then mentions that Preeta has won everyone’s hearts.
