The Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 episode starts with Anant and Gehna returning home. Baa tells them that Hiral and Tia had gone shopping long back but haven’t returned. Gehna says they must be on their way. She goes to get the aarti thali ready. But sees that Radhika has already prepared it. Radhika tells Gehna that she was so busy protecting the brothers that she forgot about the sisters. She tells Gehna to call Tia and Hiral and ask where they are. Radhika only calls Tia, Tia picks up the call but until she could say anything she shouts and the call ends. Gehna panics and tries to call Tia but the phone is switched off. She tells Radhika to inform where Tia is. Anant comes asking what has happened. Gehna tells that Radhika has done something to Tia and Hiral. Anant angrily asks where his sisters are.
Radhika keeps a sand timer and says he should find his sisters before the time ends. Hema and Kanak return home and ask what happened. Pankaj says Tia and Hiral have not returned yet. Hema says they got down midway to visit the parlour. Gehna tells Hema to take her to the place where they got down. Hema along with Gehna, Anant and Paresh go to find Tia and Hiral. Radhika’s goons kidnap Tia and Hiral and put them in a godown. They spread toxic gas around Tia and Hiral and they start coughing.
Hema brings them to the place where they stopped. Hema says Tia and Hiral went from here to the market. Gehna says that they must be here somewhere, she along with Anant and Paresh start searching for Tia and Hiral. Bapuji tells Radhika that if something happens to his daughters he won’t spare her. Gehna hears noises coming from the godown and goes there. Anant breaks the door and sees Tia and Hiral. They go inside covering their mouth and bring them out safely.
Anant and Gehna return with others. Radhika gets angry seeing her plan failed. Tia apologises to Baa saying because of her the rakhi muhurat has ended. Gehna says relationships are performed by heart and not by mahurat. She says Radhika tried to spoil their rakshabhandan but they should celebrate the remaining day. The Desai family celebrate Raksha Bandhan by tying rakhis to the brothers. Hiral says Gehna protected them today, so she is their protector. Hiral, Tia, Chetan and Pankaj tie rakhi to Gehna. Gehna tells Radhika that she tried to ruin their festival but was unsuccessful.
