The episode of Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 starts with Radhika showing Gehna the sari which Anant gifted her. Gehna says that sari is beautiful and Radhika will look amazing in that sari.
Radhika informs Gehna that Anant has chosen a smart guy for Gehna. Gehna says she is from a village and is an illiterate girl, and the boy is well educated and from the city.
Radhika says that city boys always like desi girls. Radhika says that even she wishes to be a desi girl as Anant wants to see Radhika in a sari.
Gehna says that she will get Baa’s sari and teach Radhika how to wear a sari. Radhika asks Gehna to wear the sari which Anant gifted her. Gehna wears the sari. Radhika says that wearing a sari is difficult.
Radhika gets her mother’s call. Radhika goes out to talk to her mother.
Anant enters the room and seeing Gehna from behind he thinks that Radhika wore the sari to impress him. Anant pulls Gehna towards him and realises that she is not Radhika. Anant apologizes to Gehna for his misunderstanding.
Tia enters and informs that Gehna’s alliance has come to meet Gehna and family. Anant says that he asked them to come tomorrow and why did they come a day prior.
Aman’s family sees Gehna and says that they wanted a daughter-in-law like Gehna. Aman’s mother says that they want the wedding to happen in 2 days as Aman wants to take Gehna with him to Nainital.
Anant calls his friend to enquire about Aman’s job. Anant gets a letter in which everything is mentioned about Aman’s occupation.
Anant comes and informs the family that they accept the alliance, and Gehna and Aman can get married in 2 days. The family will take all the responsibility.
Next morning, the Desai family start preparing for Gehna’s wedding. Kanak shows Baa and Bapuji the mandap design.
Sagar comes and says that even he wants to help them. Anant stops Sagar and says that he doesn’t want Sagar to participate in Gehna’s wedding.
