Baa panics seeing Anant and Gehna in danger. Anant rushes to Gehna and gets her down and gets emotional seeing her hand severely injured. Gehna says they won and he proved that he is innocent, nobody will call him a terrorist now. Everyone claps for Anant and Gehna for their bravery.
Ministers honour them with a bouquet and salute Anant for risking his family and own life to protect the country. He also praises Gehna for her brave act and asks her to light the Diwali lamp. The reporter then questions Gehna to reveal her family. Gehna says the only Desai family is her family. People watch her dance and praise the MLA’s kind gesture in Gehna and Anant’s honour. Anant and Gehna reach home and question the mob about what is happening here. Swara continues dancing sensuously around Anant and Gehna. Swara feels humiliated after Baa insults her and challenges them to return and take revenge from the Desai family. Anant tells Gehna that he feels she is jealous as that girl liked him like love at first sight. Gehna agrees and says it’s her right. Kanak relaxes thinking Gehna forgot her crimes and forgave her. Gehna says she should and will get shagun. Kanak thinks about why she is talking mysteriously.
During dinner, Kanak offers jalebis to Gehna and Anant. Gehna serves sweets to Kanak and says they should enjoy each moment as don’t know what will happen next. Hema taunts Kanak that Gehna is overfeeding her and is planning to sacrifice her. Kanak fears that Gehna may want to send her to jail, so she should play an emotional game and take the family by her side.
