The episode of Sasural Simar Ka 2 starts with Aarav opening the file. Chitra thinks that Reema’s truth should not come out now. Someone comes to congratulate him. Aarav says that he will come in five minutes. Chitra comes and takes the file from him, saying he cant work today. Chitra takes Vivaan with her. Vivaan says that he can explain. Chitra says she doesn’t want to know what was there between him and Reema but he should forget about the past for the sake of the Oswal family’s happiness. She asks if he will bury the past in his heart, he nods. Chitra takes the picture of Reema and burns it. Vivaan cries looking at the burning picture of Reema. Shobha lets Roma go to her mother’s house but she says if Roma does something wrong she won’t be allowed in the house again.
Aarav comes to Badi maa. She makes him wear the gold ornaments send by Reema’s family. Badi Simar reads out the functions from the invitation card. Badi maa says that Aarav and Reema should not meet until marriage, Aarav says okay. She tells Badi Simar to make sure the Haldi Rasam goes well. Simar says that she will personally look into it that the rasam goes smoothly.
Choti Simar gets Reema ready for the Haldi ceremony. She says that she looks very beautiful like a beauty queen. Reema imagines winning Mrs Indian Pageant. Choti Simar says that she saw her searching about Mrs India, she asks if that is something that’s bothering her. Reema says that Devesh felt guilty for what he did and put her name for the pagent.
Choti Simar says she should deny the offer. Reema says she won’t get such an opportunity again. Choti Simar reminds her of her limitations. Roma comes and hugs Reema telling her she looks beautiful. Simar, Sandhya and Aditi come to Avinash’s house. Choti Simar takes Reema’s phone thinking she won’t let anything spoil Reema’s function.
