The episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Popatlal and Bharti leaving to meet Jethalal near the lake. Jethalal, Bapuji and Bagha come near the lake and search for Popatlal. Bagha takes selfies with Bapuji and sends them to Bawri. Bagha sees some ducks and takes Bapuji with him to take pics together. Jethalal asks Bagha and Bapuji to stay together and find Popatlal. Bapuji collides with Popatlal but doesn’t recognise him as Popatlal is in a disguise. Popatlal quietly tells Jethalal that he is Popatlal and has come in a disguise. He asks them to do boating with him, and then he will let them know everything.
Bapuji, Bagha, Jethalal, Popatlal and Bharti go into a boat and start their ride. Bapuji asks why Popatlal is in a disguise and who is the girl with her. Popatlal introduces Bharti to them and says she works with him in Toofan Express. Bapuji asks Popatlal to tell him why he has become Rajamani and if he won’t say then Bapuji will throw him in the lake. Jethalal tells Bapuji that Popatlal is giving them a big order and they should not be rude to him. Dipti sees Rajamani and Chintamani talking to Jethalal and doubts them.
Popatlal tells Jethalal that he doesn’t have any order for him, it was a lie. Bapuji, Jethalal and Bagha get shocked. Jethalal asks if Popatlal lied to them. Popatlal says yes; he imagines Jethalal taking him into his room and hitting him. Bharti asks Jethalal to hear out Popatlal once.
Popatlal says in this Covid-19 situation people need medicines and vaccines, but some people smuggle the medicine at a very high rate. Popatlal says he got information that the smuggler makes his deal through RangTarang hotel. Popatlal says he wants to do a sting operation of the smugglers and expose them in front of everyone. Jethalal asks Popatlal why he called them. Popatlal says he called Dr. Hati for the sting operation, and their plan was going well until he fell into the pool and his fake beard came off and their mission got failed. Jethalal asks Popatlal if Dr. Hati is fine. Popatlal says Dr. Hati is fine and must have reached home.
Popatlal then says he wants Jethalal to do the sting operation. Jethalal says he cannot do it. Bapuji says Jethalal cannot do it, but he can do it. Jethalal says he does not know about it. Popatlal says only Jethalal can do the sting operation and they will explain everything.
Bharti says Jethalal has to change his look. She gives him a bag with all his fake things and also gives him the pen with which he can do the sting operation. Popatlal tells Jethalal that he has to meet Michael in a disguise and says a code word that is ‘Cash Hai Tho Aish Hai’ and then Michael will what he has to do. Popatlal says Michael is included with the smugglers and he has to stay alert.
