Fateh arrives at the Cheesecake Café to begin the episode. Mayi, he claims, will not be available for the call. The server inquired as to what he wanted to order. Fateh claims to be on the lookout for someone. Tejo appears and takes a seat at the opposite side table, enquiring about Dilraj’s whereabouts. A child with heart-shaped balloons comes. The child is on the verge of collapsing. Fateh and Tejo observe this and rush to the youngster to catch him. The child’s father expresses gratitude and accepts the child.
Fateh tells Tejo that he isn’t following her and that he is here because Mayi and Amrit summoned him. Tejo urges Fateh not to say anything while he is ready to say anything. Tejo chuckles as Fateh tells him about a story from his previous job as a driver. Tejo is Jasmine’s destination.
Tejo is taken aback when she sees Jasmine and gets up to go, but she is stopped by Jasmine, who claims she can’t get rid of her. Jasmine claims that she will not be staying at her parents’ place since Tejo is going and Tejo does not want her to visit. Jasmine sobs, saying that her family only cares about Tejo and that no one is with her, neither her family nor her love, and that as she got on the road, she realized who were her friends and who were her foes. Tejo expresses her dissatisfaction with Fateh and requests that Jasmine retains Fateh. He hears band baaja and goes to investigate, where he discovers Jasmine dancing with band baaja. Jasmine continues to dance after announcing Fateh as their groom.
Fateh is mocked by Jasmine, who wonders why he is marrying Tejo. Jasmine claims that Tejo understands that she doesn’t have a place while she is here. Fateh sets off to find Tejo, but Jasmine stops him, telling him that he would never be able to win Tejo’s love or forgiveness. Tejo attempts to persuade Rupee to let Jasmine return home, but he is certain that she would not be allowed. He inquires as to how Tejo knows Jasmine is alone. Tejo begs Fateh to forgive Jasmine and returns her to her family. Jasmine says that he isn’t her father and asks to give his lectures to Tejo.
