The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Sirat asking Akshara to crawl. Sirat says Akshara did not do it right, she was crawling and now is not ready to crawl in front of Kartik. Akshara smiles.
Kartik asks Sirat to handle Akshara, while he will complete all other work. Kartik leaves. Sirat entertains Akshara.
Meanwhile, Dadi asks Suwarna where is Akshara, she did not see her since morning. Kartik completes his work and returns home. Kartik informs Dadi that Akshara is with Sirat. Dadi asks Kartik to get her. Kartik says Sirat is already disturbed and if Akshara will be with her, then she will be distracted from her tension. Rhea hears their conversation and thinks of doing something evil.
Later, Sirat hears some voice from outside, she goes to check. When she returns, she finds that Akshara is not on the bed. She calls Nani and asks her if Akshara is with her. Nani says she did not see Akshara. Sirat worries.
Kartik comes to take Akshara. Sirat says Akshara was there a minute ago, and suddenly she disappeared. Kartik worries. Kartik returns home and asks everyone if Akshara is with them. Dadi says Akshara is with Sirat.
Kartik says they cannot find Akshara. Everyone worries. Dadi says it is Kartik’s mistake, he should have not given the responsibility to Sirat. Dadi says Sirat is not a mother, so she doesn’t know the pain. Rhea and Manish also try to speak against Sirat. They accuse Sirat to be careless.
Kartik says they can talk about it later, they need to find Akshara before. Kartik, Luv and Kush go out to find Akshara.
Meanwhile, Sirat thinks Akshara cannot walk, so she must have not gone alone, someone might have taken her.
Sirat suspects Rhea and follows her.
Kartik shows Akshara’s picture to a man and asks if he has seen her. The man says he saw a lady giving Akshara to a man. Luv sees a man getting into a rickshaw with a small baby. Luv tells Kartik he saw a man getting into a rickshaw with Akshara. Kartik runs behind the rikshaw.
