The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with the doctor telling Kartik that they have to keep himself happy, and his condition has to improve. Kairav says that he did not do anything, don’t call the police. Naira cries and runs out.
Naira goes to the temple and prays that all the problem in their family should get solved. Kartik comes to Naira and says that he asked Naira to trust Kairav, but she kept on questioning him. Naira tells Kartik that she wants to meet Kairav once so that she can make everything right. Kartik tells Naira that she has to stay away from Kairav until Kairav gets out from his shock.
Later, Naira makes muffins for Kairav and Vansh. She is worried if they will have it or not. Gayu comes there. Naksh also comes there. He hugs Gayu and says that he has sent Vansh’s report to best doctors. Soon Vansh will be all right. Gayu thanks Naksh.
Naksh then hugs Naira. Naira cries and says that she has hurt Kairav, Kairav always kept saying that he did not do anything still Naira did not trust him. Naksh says that everything will be all right.
Naira asks Naksh to give muffins to Vansh and Kairav. Naksh says that Naira made muffins for her kids so she should only give them.
Manish asks Kartik to handle Samarth’s business. Gayu hears it.
Manish says that Samarth needs to be with Gayu and Vansh so Kartik should handle their business.
Naira goes into Kairav’s room. Kairav is sleeping. She keeps the muffins in the table and says that she will never doubt Kairav. They will become best friends again. Naira sees that Kairav is about to wake up. She runs and hides behind the door.
Kairav thinks that Naira came to his room. He says that he will never talk to Naira as she did not trust him.
Kairav sees the muffins and thinks that Naira came in this room, again she will question him about Vansh. Kairav panics and rushes out.
