The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Kairav giving a sorry card to Kartik and says sorry. Kairav hugs Kartik and says he promised Naira that he will never get angry with his parents.
Kartik apologizes to Kairav for being rude. Kairav asks Kartik to apologize to Naira as he was rude to her also. Kairav asks Kartik to make a promise that he will get Naira back home. Kartik stands silent.
Gayu asks Kartik to make Kairav the promise. Kartik says the lady Kairav met, her name is Sirat and not Naira. Kartik says their Naira has left them.
Kairav gets angry and goes into his room. Kairav says he was very sweet to Kartik, yet Kartik doesn’t allow him to meet his Mumma. Kairav throws all his toys and says he wants to meet Naira.
Kartik gets milk for Kairav. Kairav faints saying he wants to meet his Mumma. Kartik holds Kairav and says he will never let anything happen to his son.
Meanwhile, Sheela asks Dadi why she wants to meet Sirat. Dadi says she will meet Sirat and then say.
Sirat sees Nanko stealing Dadi’s purse from her car. Sirat scolds Nanko and asks Sheela to take care of her son. Sheela says that Dadi has come to meet Sirat and leaves.
Sirat asks Dadi if she saw her somewhere. Dadi says she the Granny of the boy who insulted her.
Nani calls them inside and asks what happened. Dadi says she has got an offer for Sirat. Dadi takes out some money from her purse and says she want Sirat to come into their house for a few months and stay with Kairav.
Sirat says Kartik insulted her at the party, and now Dadi has come to insult her. Sirat says no money can buy Sirat and rejects Dadi’s offer. Sirat says she can pray for Kairav, but cannot help him. Dadi leaves.
Kartik takes Kairav to the hospital. The doctor examines Kairav and says that Kairav is stressed and wants to meet his mother. The doctor asks Kartik to call Sirat for few days to stay with them until Kairav recovers.
Dadi comes and says she went to meet Sirat and gave her the same offer, but Sirat rejected her offer.
Meanwhile, Sheela shows Nani’s reports to Mukesh. Mukesh smiles and says Nani is soon going to die and Sheela will be the owner of the house.
Sirat gets a call from the doctor. The doctor informs Sirat about Nani’s illness. Nani is sleeping, so Sirat asks Nani to wake up. Sirat sees that Nani is unconscious. Sirat calls Rohan and takes Nani to the hospital. The nurse says they will start the operation but will need five lakhs.
Sirat says she will arrange for the money and asks Rohan to be with Nani.
