The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Sirat punching Ranvir. Sirat says Ranvir taught her that if she cannot speak with her mouth then let her hands speak, and remove all her anger through her punches. Sirat starts punching Ranvir again. Kartik asks Sirat to stop. Sirat asks Kartik why he got her there. Kartik asks Sirat to listen to Ranvir once. Sirat says she doesn’t want to listen to anything. Sirat holds Ranvir’s shirts and hits him. The shirt buttons break and Sirat sees the bullet wound.
Kartik says Sirat must have not seen it but will be knowing about the mark. Sirat says it looks like a bullet mark. Kartik says it’s a bullet mark that Ranvir took on his chest for Sirat. Ranvir asks Kartik not to get that topic. Kartik says Ranvir can hide it now, but some or the other day he has to tell Sirat about it. Kartik tells Sirat that he got her there so that they can talk and clear out their misunderstandings. Kartik says now Sirat can ask Ranvir all the questions she had in her mind. Kartik leaves and thinks Ranvir and Sirat will get back, but what he will tell Kairav.
Sirat asks Ranvir to tell him what happened to him, why he did not come on their wedding day, and what is the reason behind taking a bullet on himself. Ranvir says he was at the temple and explains to her whatever happened. Sirat cries saying that she always thought Ranvir is a cheater, but he already won his gold medal in love and is carrying the medal on his chest. Sirat hugs Ranvir and cries.
On the other hand, Kartik thinks about how he will handle Kairav. Manish calls Kartik and asks where is he as Dadi informed him that they did not reach the ashram yet. Kairav comes to Manish and says he wants to talk to Kartik. Kairav asks Kartik where he and Sirat are. Kartik explains to Kairav that Sirat is with someone whom she loves a lot and will never come back. Kairav panics and asks Kartik to get Sirat. Manish asks Kartik what is the matter. Kartik says he will return to the hotel and explain everything.
Meanwhile, Ranvir shows her engagement ring to Sirat and asks him if she will not leave him. Chandan calls Kartik and asks him if Ranvir and Sirat are with him. Kartik says Sirat is with Ranvir and he left. Chandan says Ranvir and Sirat’s life is in danger. Kartik worries.
