Today’s Yeh Rishtey Hai Pyaar Ke 02 August episode starts with Kunal and Meenakshi trying to break off relation between Abir (Shaheer Sheikh) and Mishti (Rhea Sharma). Meenakshi stated that if her one son marries Mishti then her other son would not marry Kuhu. Kunal put his engagement ring in Kuhu’s hand and said he could leave anyone for his family. Meenakshi accused Mishti of just breaking relations.
Vishambhar got upset with Mishti and suffered a heart attack. The whole scene turned out to be Mishti’s dream. Abir asked Mishti if she was alright. Meenakshi came and thanked Mishti for helping with the new relation. Varsha got upset with Jasmeet for giving the birth certificate to the Rajvansh. Kuhu learned this and was unhappy. Varsha and Jasmeet lied that Kunal already knew that Kuhu was adopted.
Abir went to give the birth certificates to Parul and found her speaking in her sleep about letting someone live. She had a photo of Kunal in her hand. Kuhu and Mishti discussed the problems of adult life. Kuhu requested Mishti to not tell anything to Abir. Mishti promised Kuhu that she would not let anything sabotage her relationship with Kunal.
