The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai starts with Naksh leaves in anger, stepping on Sirat’s chunri. Sirat and Nani feel bad. Akhilesh hugs Kartik and Nani hugs Sirat. Naksh walks away in anger. Kirti tries to stop him. Naksh says he doesn’t want to talk to Kirti, as she cheated on him, by not informing him about Kartik’s marriage. Naksh stops and recollects his memories with Naira. Kartik comes and offers him a cold drink. Naksh throws it away. Kartik says Naksh says whatever was in his heart and now he wants to explain Naksh his side.
Kartik says no one can forget Naira. Kartik says what he had with Naira, he doesn’t have to explain it to anyone. Kartik says Naira was very special to everyone and will never forget her. Kartik says he and Naira have taken this decision together. Naksh says no wife will want her husband to remarry. Kartik says Naira doesn’t want Kartik to get a wife but wants Kairav and Akshara to get a mother’s love. Kartik says Kairav need Sirat. He says that he is holding Sirat’s hand just for his kid, Naira has his heart and will have it until it stops beating. Naksh leaves.
Later, Sirat goes to Manish and Suwarna and asks for Kairav’s eye drop. Manish asks Suwarna to put the drop in Kairav’s eyes. Manish says Sirat cannot do it, she is not Kairav’s mother. Sirat says she is not foolish that will put eye drops in his nose. Suwarna laughs and gives the eye drops to Sirat.
Kartik tries to convince Kairav to put the eye drops. Sirat goes to Kairav and says that the drops are magical and will not pain. Sirat puts the eye drops into Kairav’s eyes. Manish watches Sirat taking care of Kairav.
Rhea comes there and asks Manish, not to give. Rhea says Sirat has a past which she did not share with anyone and Manish should tell the truth to Kartik. Manish says they can talk about it later.
Meanwhile, Ranvir goes to a boxing academy to find Sirat. He sees and girl talking to a boy and thinks Sirat is talking to a boy. Ranvir gets angry and breaks a glass bottle in the boy’s head. He realises that the girl is not someone else and not Sirat. Ranvir angrily crushing the remaining part of the bottle with his hand and leaves.
