Rasika Dugal is one actress who has created quite an amount of sensation in the entertainment industry, all thanks to some power-packed performances in projects like Manto, Delhi Crime, and Lootcase, but without any doubt, her biggest character so far has to be of Beena Tripathi from the super hit and cult web series Mirzapur.
Mirzapur released today on October 23 after a long wait for fans. But readers, today’s date is not about just Mirzapur 2 for Rasika. She’s also played an extremely important part in Mira Nair’s A Suitable Boy and without any doubt, October 23 is ‘double bonanza’ for Rasika. When asked about how she reacted to two of her big projects releasing on the same day, she said and we quote,
“I am super happy. I cannot express my joy and excitement in words to be honest. I am very glad that both Mirzapur 2 and A Suitable Boy are releasing on the same day and here’s hoping the audience likes both the avatars because they are very different from each other. Fingers crossed.”
