A forthcoming episode of the hosted reality series Lock Upp will feature a fight between Munawar Faruqui and Shivam Sharma. Munawar was seen viciously mocking Shivam Sharma in the most recent show promo after Sharma compared himself to the Marvel characters Iron Man and Thanos. In response to Munawar’s remarks, other famous candidates on the show were also seen chuckling. Shivam was heard yelling that he would destroy the comedian as Munawar referred to his response as a “mic-drop” incident.

When discussing well-known Marvel Cinematic Universe characters with his fellow competitors, actor Karanvir Vohra said, “Hulk ki band bajegi Thanos ke saamne” (The Hulk won’t be able to stand up to Thanos). The conversation was joined by Shivam Sharma, who finished second in the most recent season of the dating reality series MTV Splitsvilla. Sharma compared himself to the Marvel characters.

Thanos said, “Yaad aaya. Thanos reminded me that I am both Thanos and the Iron Man in Lock Upp season one. “Shivam said, “Iss saal Lock Upp season one ka Thanos bhi main hun aur Iron Man bhi main hun. Munawar responded angrily with the joke, “Kya baat hai dono hi marr jaate hain.”

Other competitors, including Poonam Pandey, Karanvir Vohra, and Siddharth Sharma, could be seen joining Munawar in his laughter. The comic was subsequently trolled by a furious Shivam, who retaliated by telling him, “When you laugh, it sounds like a dog is panting.” Munawar responded by insisting that his comment was a “mic-drop.”

Another participant overhears Shivam threatening to eliminate both Munawar and Siddharth because they have caught his attention. Munawar claimed that Shivam doesn’t even deserve his hatred as he and Siddharth talked about Shivam’s response. As they left comments on the promo, Instagram fans complimented Munawar’s response. Another added, “Hahaha Munawar is bang on,” while one else said, “Munawar vicious as always.”

Shivam and Munawar aren’t the only contenders in Lock Upp; there are also Kaaranvir Bohra, Poonam Pandey, Payal Rohatgi, Siddharth Sharma, Babita Phogat, Anjali Arora, Tehseen Poonawalla, Nisha Rawal, Swami Chakrapani Maharaj, Sara Khan, and Saisha Shinde.
